Instructions
- Prepare Bananas: Peel and slice the bananas into thin rounds. Set aside.
- Whip the Cream: In a large mixing bowl, add the heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Whisk until soft peaks form.
- Combine Ingredients: Gently fold the marshmallows, cherries, strawberries, and half of the graham cracker crumbs into the whipped cream. Mix until well incorporated.
- Assemble the Dessert: In a large serving bowl or individual cups, layer the dessert by alternating between the banana slices and the whipped cream mixture.
- Top the Dessert: Sprinkle the remaining graham cracker crumbs and shredded coconut on top for added texture.
- Chill: Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to allow flavors to meld and the dessert to set.
