Description

A deliciously creamy chicken Alfredo pasta bake topped with melted cheese.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz penne pasta
  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
  • 2 cups Alfredo sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • to taste salt and pepper
  • for garnish chopped parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions; drain.
  3. In a large bowl, combine cooked pasta, shredded chicken, Alfredo sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and spread it evenly.
  5. Top with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden; broil for 1-2 minutes if a crispier top is desired.
  7. Garnish with chopped parsley and let it rest before serving.
