  • 8 ounces Mozzarella Cheese (Low-fat mozzarella can be a lighter option.)
  • 1 cup Vegetables (onion, bell pepper) (Customize with favorite veggies like spinach or mushrooms.)

Instructions

  1. Prepare your vegetables by chopping onions and bell peppers into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat for 6-8 minutes.
  3. Combine the cooked ground beef and vegetables in the slow cooker.
