Instructions
- Prepare your vegetables by chopping onions and bell peppers into bite-sized pieces.
- Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat for 6-8 minutes.
- Combine the cooked ground beef and vegetables in the slow cooker.
- Add marinara sauce and sprinkle Italian seasoning, mixing well.
- Set slow cooker to low for 4-6 hours or high for 2-3 hours to let the flavors meld together.
- About 30 minutes before serving, stir in the lasagna noodles to cook them through.
- Just before serving, stir in ricotta and mozzarella cheeses and let sit for 5-10 minutes.
