Ingredients
Scale
- 1 lb rotisserie chicken (shredded)
- 1 cup buffalo sauce
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (divided)
- 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese (divided)
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter (melted)
- 1/2 tsp garlic salt
- 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
- 12 Hawaiian rolls
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
- Slice the rolls in half horizontally. Don’t pull them apart. Place the bottom half in the center of a baking sheet.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the chicken, buffalo sauce, ranch dressing, and 1/2 cup each of the cheddar and Monterey cheeses.
- Spread the buffalo chicken mixture evenly over the bottom half of the rolls. Sprinkle the remaining cheeses evenly over the top.
- Place the top rolls over the chicken. In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, Italian seasoning, and garlic salt, then brush liberally over the top of the rolls.
- Cover with foil and bake the buffalo chicken sliders until the cheese is melted and the tops are golden, about 10 to 12 minutes.
- Carefully slice the rolls with a serrated knife, and serve warm.
Notes
- These sliders can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator before baking.
- Adjust the amount of buffalo sauce to your desired spice level.
