Description

Delicious Buffalo Chicken Sliders made with tender shredded rotisserie chicken and creamy ranch dressing, all baked to perfection with gooey cheese.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb rotisserie chicken (shredded)
  • 1 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (divided)
  • 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese (divided)
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter (melted)
  • 1/2 tsp garlic salt
  • 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 12 Hawaiian rolls

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Slice the rolls in half horizontally. Don’t pull them apart. Place the bottom half in the center of a baking sheet.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the chicken, buffalo sauce, ranch dressing, and 1/2 cup each of the cheddar and Monterey cheeses.
  4. Spread the buffalo chicken mixture evenly over the bottom half of the rolls. Sprinkle the remaining cheeses evenly over the top.
  5. Place the top rolls over the chicken. In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, Italian seasoning, and garlic salt, then brush liberally over the top of the rolls.
  6. Cover with foil and bake the buffalo chicken sliders until the cheese is melted and the tops are golden, about 10 to 12 minutes.
  7. Carefully slice the rolls with a serrated knife, and serve warm.

  • These sliders can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator before baking.
  • Adjust the amount of buffalo sauce to your desired spice level.
