- 2 tsp paprika
- 2 tsp Cajun seasoning
- 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the sliced sausage and cook until browned.
- Add the chopped onion, diced bell peppers, and minced garlic, sautéing until the vegetables are tender.
- Stir in the rinsed rice, chicken broth, paprika, and Cajun seasoning.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer, covered, until the rice is cooked and has absorbed the liquid.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
