Ingredients

- 1/2 cup Salted Butter, softened at room temperature
- 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 Tbsp Minced Garlic
- 1 Tbsp Parsley, finely chopped
Instructions
- Place all the ingredients in a medium size mixing bowl.
- Use a hand-held mixer to beat all the ingredients together until well combined.
- Serve on bread, steak, or on top of your favorite vegetables.

- This butter spread can be made ahead and stored in the refrigerator.
- Adjust garlic and parsley amounts to taste.
