Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Prepare the Pastry:

- Cut each sheet into four equal triangles.
- Assemble the Croissants:

- Roll the Croissants:
- Starting from the wide end, gently roll each triangle towards the tip to form a croissant shape.
- Place each croissant on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Egg Wash:
- Brush the top of each croissant with the beaten egg to give them a golden-brown finish.
- Bake:
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes or until the croissants are golden brown and the cheese is melted.
- Garnish:
- Once out of the oven, sprinkle with freshly chopped parsley for a burst of color and flavor.
