- 1 cup fresh mozzarella balls
- 1 cup halved cherry tomatoes
- ½ cup fresh basil leaves, roughly chopped

Instructions
- Wash the cherry tomatoes and basil leaves, then halve the tomatoes.
- In a mixing bowl, combine halved cherry tomatoes and fresh mozzarella balls; toss gently.
- Add chopped basil to the bowl and mix well.
- Drizzle olive oil over the mixture; season with salt and pepper.
- Finish with a drizzle of balsamic glaze before serving.
