- 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts (cooked and shredded)
- 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- 1 cup cheddar cheese (shredded) (divided)
- 1/2 cup green onions (chopped) (for garnish)
- 1 cup frozen broccoli (optional) (can be omitted if not desired)

- to taste Pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken with the softened cream cheese and ranch seasoning mix until well-blended and creamy.
- Stir in the broccoli (if using), half of the cheddar cheese, and a sprinkle of salt and pepper.
- Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13-inch casserole dish, spreading it evenly.
- Sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese on top.
- Bake the casserole in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Once baked, remove from the oven and sprinkle chopped green onions on top before serving.
Notes
- This casserole can be easily customized with your favorite vegetables or spices.
