Description

A delicious and creamy cheesy chicken casserole that is easy to prepare and perfect for family meals.


Ingredients

  • 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts (cooked and shredded)
  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese (shredded) (divided)
  • 1/2 cup green onions (chopped) (for garnish)
  • 1 cup frozen broccoli (optional) (can be omitted if not desired)
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken with the softened cream cheese and ranch seasoning mix until well-blended and creamy.
  3. Stir in the broccoli (if using), half of the cheddar cheese, and a sprinkle of salt and pepper.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13-inch casserole dish, spreading it evenly.
  5. Sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese on top.
  6. Bake the casserole in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  7. Once baked, remove from the oven and sprinkle chopped green onions on top before serving.
