- 2 whole garlic bulbs
- 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream (or Greek yogurt)
- 2 tsp olive oil
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Slice the tops off the garlic bulbs, drizzle with olive oil, wrap in foil, and roast for 30-35 minutes until golden brown and soft.
- In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.
- Squeeze the roasted garlic cloves into the creamy mixture and stir well.
- Add maple syrup and mix until fully combined. Taste and adjust seasoning with salt if needed.
- Serve in a bowl garnished with chopped fresh herbs.
