A delicious garlic butter salmon recipe that is quick and easy to make.

- 4 fillets salmon (6 oz each)
- 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (or dill)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
- Place the salmon fillets skin-side down on the baking sheet and season generously with salt and pepper.
- In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt the unsalted butter. Once melted, add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant (about 1 minute).
- Stir in lemon juice and half of the chopped parsley.
- Drizzle half of the garlic butter mixture over the salmon fillets.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes until cooked through but still moist.
- Remove from the oven and drizzle remaining garlic butter over each fillet.
- Garnish with additional parsley before serving.

- This dish pairs well with steamed vegetables or a fresh salad.
- Make sure not to overcook the salmon to keep it moist and flaky.
