Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a saucepan over medium heat, combine water and butter until melted. Bring to a gentle boil.
- Stir in flour quickly until a dough forms and pulls away from the pan.
- Remove from heat, let cool slightly, then mix in eggs one at a time until fully incorporated.
- Stir in pumpkin puree, cheese, and salt.
- Pipe small mounds onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about two inches apart.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and puffed up.
