Description

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a saucepan over medium heat, combine water and butter until melted. Bring to a gentle boil.
  3. Stir in flour quickly until a dough forms and pulls away from the pan.
  4. Remove from heat, let cool slightly, then mix in eggs one at a time until fully incorporated.
  5. Stir in pumpkin puree, cheese, and salt.
  6. Pipe small mounds onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about two inches apart.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and puffed up.
