- 4 cups fresh spinach (approximately 120g)
- 8 oz cremini mushrooms, sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Wash the spinach thoroughly and set aside. Clean mushrooms with a damp cloth and slice.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat until shimmering.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Stir in sliced mushrooms, season with salt and pepper, and cook for about 5 minutes until golden brown.
- Gradually add spinach, tossing gently until wilted (about 2-3 minutes).
- Adjust seasoning if needed and serve warm.
