- 2 tbsp white miso paste
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter, softened
- 2 scallions, chopped (green parts)
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a small bowl, mix softened butter and miso paste until smooth.
- Place salmon fillets on a parchment-lined baking sheet and generously coat with the miso butter mixture.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
- While the salmon bakes, combine scallions, olive oil, lemon juice, parsley, cilantro, salt, and pepper in a bowl to prepare the salsa verde.
- Serve the baked salmon topped with scallion salsa verde for a flavorful finish.
