Ingredients

  • 2 (6 oz) fresh salmon fillets, skin-on
  • 2 tbsp white miso paste
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter, softened
  • 2 scallions, chopped (green parts)
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a small bowl, mix softened butter and miso paste until smooth.
  3. Place salmon fillets on a parchment-lined baking sheet and generously coat with the miso butter mixture.
