Description

Ingredients

  • 2 slices sourdough or whole grain bread
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
  2. Butter one side of each slice of bread generously.
  3. Place one slice in the skillet, buttered side down. Layer the cheeses on top, then cover with the second slice, buttered side up.

  5. Remove from skillet, slice in half, and serve warm.
