- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Trim the ends of the Brussels sprouts and remove any discolored outer leaves. Rinse and pat dry.
- In a large bowl, toss the Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
- Spread the Brussels sprouts in a single layer on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Roast for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and crispy, flipping halfway through.
- Drizzle balsamic vinegar over the hot sprouts before serving.

- For extra flavor, you can add garlic or lemon zest.
- Ensure the sprouts are not overcrowded on the baking sheet for even roasting.
