Description

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, cinnamon, ginger, cloves, and salt; set aside.
  3. Cream softened butter and brown sugar until fluffy.
  4. Beat in molasses, egg, and vanilla until combined.
  5. Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture; mix gently until just combined.
  6. Scoop rounded dough onto prepared baking sheets, spacing them apart.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes; edges should be set while centers remain slightly underbaked.
  8. Allow cookies to cool before dipping half in melted white chocolate; let excess drip off.
  9. Decorate with sprinkles if desired.
