- 2 medium Ripe pears
- 2 medium Red apples
- 1 cup Pomegranate seeds
- 1 cup Red seedless grapes
- 2 medium Kiwis
- 1 medium Banana
- 1/2 cup Chopped walnuts
- 1/2 cup Dried cranberries
- 2 tablespoons Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
- 1/4 cup Orange juice
- 2 tablespoons Honey
- 1 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, dice ripe pears and red apples, drizzle with lemon juice, and toss gently.
- Fold in pomegranate seeds, grapes, kiwis, and banana slices, mixing gently.
- In a small bowl, whisk together orange juice, honey, ground cinnamon, and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Drizzle the dressing over the mixed fruits, gently tossing to coat each piece.
- Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes for flavors to meld.
- Before serving, give the salad a gentle toss and garnish with extra pomegranate seeds or walnuts.
