Description

A refreshing fruit salad with a sweet honey citrus dressing.


Ingredients

  • 2 medium Ripe pears
  • 2 medium Red apples
  • 1 cup Pomegranate seeds
  • 1 cup Red seedless grapes
  • 2 medium Kiwis
  • 1 medium Banana
  • 1/2 cup Chopped walnuts
  • 1/2 cup Dried cranberries
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
  • 1/4 cup Orange juice
  • 2 tablespoons Honey
  • 1 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, dice ripe pears and red apples, drizzle with lemon juice, and toss gently.
  2. Fold in pomegranate seeds, grapes, kiwis, and banana slices, mixing gently.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together orange juice, honey, ground cinnamon, and vanilla extract until well combined.
  4. Drizzle the dressing over the mixed fruits, gently tossing to coat each piece.
  5. Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes for flavors to meld.
  6. Before serving, give the salad a gentle toss and garnish with extra pomegranate seeds or walnuts.
