Ingredients

- 3 tbsp creamy peanut butter
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar (or lime juice)
- 1 tbsp honey (or maple syrup)
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 clove garlic (grated or minced)
- 1 tsp chili flakes (optional)
- 3 tbsp warm water (to thin sauce)
- 6 oz noodles (spaghetti, ramen, or rice noodles)
- 1 tsp salt (for boiling water)
Instructions
- Boil noodles in salted water according to package directions.
- In a bowl, whisk together peanut butter, soy sauce, vinegar, honey, sesame oil, garlic, and chili flakes.
- Add warm water to thin the sauce to desired consistency.
- Drain noodles and toss immediately with peanut sauce until evenly coated.
- Garnish with peanuts, scallions, and cilantro before serving.
Notes
- Adjust the level of chili flakes based on your spice preference.
- Add more warm water if the sauce is too thick.
