Delicious and fudgy chocolate brownies that are easy to make.
Ingredients

- 1/2 cup unsalted butter (melted)
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 3 large eggs
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder (sifted)
- 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
Instructions
- Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper and spray with non-stick cooking spray.
- Preheat oven to 350F.
- In a mixing bowl, mix the melted butter, sugar, and vanilla extract together.
- Add the eggs and mix until well combined.
- Add the all-purpose flour, baking powder and cocoa powder then mix until just combined.
- Fold in semi-sweet chocolate chips and chopped walnuts (optional).
- Transfer the batter evenly into the prepared baking pan.
- Bake for approximately 25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool and cut into squares, then serve.
Notes
- For an extra fudgy texture, do not overbake.
- Serve with ice cream for a delicious dessert.
