Description

Deliciously simple chocolate dipped bananas that are perfect for a quick treat!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 bananas
  • ¼ cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon peanut butter
  • Sprinkles, if desired

Instructions

  1. Line a small baking tray or plate with parchment paper. Set aside.
  2. Slice the bananas into rounds.
  3. Add the chocolate chips and nut butter into a heat-safe bowl. Microwave for 60 seconds, then stir to make a smooth mixture.
  4. Use your hands to dip 1 side of each banana slice into the chocolate, then place gently onto the parchment paper. Or, use a fork to coat each slice entirely and place gently on the paper. Top with sprinkles if using.
  5. Pop the tray into the freezer for about 10 minutes to set the chocolate. Serve.

  • Feel free to use any nut or seed butter as a substitute for peanut butter.
