Description
A refreshing lime ginger vinaigrette that enhances any salad.
Ingredients

- 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 small limes (juice of)
- 1 tsp fresh ginger (grated or minced)
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 pinch salt
Instructions
- Add olive oil to an 8-ounce mason jar.
- Squeeze the juice of the 2 limes into it.
- Add the honey, minced fresh ginger, and salt.
- Whisk everything together (or seal the jar and shake it) until well-combined.
Notes
- Use freshly squeezed lime juice for the best flavor.
- This dressing can be stored in the refrigerator for up to a week.
