Description

A refreshing lime ginger vinaigrette that enhances any salad.


Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 small limes (juice of)
  • 1 tsp fresh ginger (grated or minced)
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 pinch salt

Instructions

  1. Add olive oil to an 8-ounce mason jar.
  2. Squeeze the juice of the 2 limes into it.
  3. Add the honey, minced fresh ginger, and salt.
  4. Whisk everything together (or seal the jar and shake it) until well-combined.
