Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 8 oz cremini mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  2. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, heat olive oil. Sear the chicken for about 5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
