- 1 package (8 oz) phyllo dough, thawed
- 1 cup fresh goat cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup cranberry sauce (homemade or store-bought)
- 2 sprigs fresh rosemary, chopped
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Unroll the phyllo dough and cover it with a damp cloth to keep it moist.
- In a bowl, mix together the goat cheese, cranberry sauce, and chopped rosemary until smooth.
- Layer three sheets of phyllo dough, brushing each layer lightly with melted butter.
- Spoon some filling onto one end of the layered phyllo and roll up tightly.
- Place rolled phyllo on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, brush tops with more butter, and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
Notes
- Make sure the phyllo sheets are covered with a damp cloth to prevent them from drying out.
