This delicious honey garlic chicken pasta combines tender chicken breasts, perfectly cooked fettuccine, and a sweet-savory sauce that’s simply irresistible.

- 3–4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1 lbs)
- 8 oz fettuccine or spaghetti
- 1/2 cup pure honey
- 2 tsp freshly cracked black pepper
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 cup low-sodium vegetable broth
- 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- Fresh parsley (optional)
Instructions
- Boil salted water in a pot and cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil over medium-high heat in a large skillet. Season chicken with salt and black pepper, then cook for 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Reduce heat to medium-low, add minced garlic, and sauté for about 30 seconds. Drizzle in honey.
- Pour in vegetable broth, scraping up any bits from the pan. Simmer for 3-4 minutes until slightly thickened.
- Add cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat with the sauce. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and parsley before serving.
