Description

Ingredients

  • 1 French baguette, sliced diagonally
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 4 oz high-quality smoked salmon, sliced
  • 2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp capers (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Arrange baguette slices on a baking sheet and toast for 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
  2. In a bowl, mix the softened cream cheese with chopped dill and lemon juice until smooth.
  3. Spread the cream cheese mixture generously over each toasted baguette slice.
