Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.

- In a large mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter, light brown sugar, and granulated white sugar.
- Add the egg yolks and vanilla extract to the mixture, mixing until pale and creamy.
- Gradually incorporate the dry ingredients into the wet batter, mixing until just combined.
- Fold in the white chocolate chips and chopped macadamia nuts until evenly distributed.
- Scoop balls of dough onto prepared baking sheets, placing them 2 inches apart.
- Bake for 10-11 minutes until golden brown around the edges and soft in the center.
