- 10–11 oz white chocolate melting wafers or chips
- 2 tbsp coconut oil (divided)

Instructions
- Combine semi-sweet chocolate chips and 1 tablespoon of coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl.
- Microwave on 50% power for 1 minute. Stir until smooth, then continue heating in 45-second intervals until fully melted.
- Pour melted chocolate onto a wax paper-lined cookie sheet, tilting the sheet to spread evenly.
- Sprinkle your favorite toppings over the melted chocolate.
- Allow the chocolate to rest at room temperature for 2-3 hours, or until firm.
- Repeat with white chocolate melting wafers, using the remaining coconut oil, then add toppings and let firm.
- Once set, break the bark into pieces for sharing or gifting.
