Description

Deliciously moist muffins filled with swirls of Nutella.


Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 3 ripe bananas, mashed
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • ½ cup vegetable oil
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup Nutella

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a muffin tin with paper liners.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
  3. In another bowl, mix mashed bananas, granulated sugar, brown sugar, oil, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  5. Fill each muffin liner halfway with batter. Add a teaspoon of Nutella to each, then top with more batter until about three-quarters full.
  6. Swirl the Nutella gently with a toothpick.

Notes

  • For a richer flavor, you can add chopped nuts or chocolate chips to the batter.
  • Store the muffins in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days.
